My initial reason for choosing to order this NaturoBliss Ashwagandha supplement was that it is USDA organic, formulated in USA, and reasonably priced. We supplement with ashwagandha regularly but have always had either a powdered form or in capsules. I was actually very surprised when I opened this bottle to see that these are tablets - I guess I didn't pay attention to the listing information other than the mg and serving count. The bottle was properly sealed, and came with a best by date of 2/2026. The main benefit to these tablets over capsules is that they are very easy to swallow, they are not very large by supplement standards and are very smooth. I am not a great pill swallower, so I appreciate that. The downside is that there are a number of added ingredients, which are listed as organic as well and may be fine and good, but for me I prefer the simplicity of a single ingredient supplement without additional ingredients. That is personal preference, and may be a good trade off for you if the tablet form of this supplement is more important to you. Either way, this seems to be a good quality supplement at a fair price.

There are 120 pills in this bottle. I like to take Ashwagandha for my overall health. I like this supplement and would order again.

I’ve never tried herbs in anything but a capsule, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.. they are what I consider to be the perfect size. They seem to be high quality. I’m very happy to know they are organic and use good ingredients.
